South Haven Cemetery

SHCB is a service building for the South Haven Cemetery in Edmonton, Alberta. p3 provided energy modelling services for this project targeting LEED Silver certification. A number of different energy efficiency measures were evaluated including high efficiency envelope, ERVs vs a run around glycol loop, high efficiency boiler and chiller, variable speed pumps, and an energy efficient lighting design. Tradeoffs between different roof top units were evaluated to adopt the best mechanical solution in terms of energy efficiency.

This project is a 15 storey condo tower with 112 units at the intersection of Eglinton and Avenue Rd in Toronto, Ontario. P3 energy provided energy modelling services for this project in order to comply with the Ontario Building Code and the Toronto Green Standard energy efficiency requirements.
Centre Point Towns

This is a 5 building development located in Pickering, Ontario. We provided SB-10 Compliance consulting through energy modelling with com check and provided tender specifications on the energy efficiency requirements of the walls, windows, and doors in order for the building to meet the Ontario Building Code.
Canadian Tire Bolton Distribution Centre
